Yea, thus far you've pretty much been at the head... I nominate you to be head. Noone really wants to come out and say they are the best person for the job, so I'll say it for you :D

I'm sure that not many will disagree.

i think actually co-ordinator is quite a good term - cos everyone is in charge. just the co-ordinator person brings everyone together

i'm not volunteering to be top dog, but label management seems to be up my alley, more of the back-end type of things. if i had to pick one position, that'd probably be it.

CEDE - you know a shedload more than I do though, consider it yours mate.

Well, we can also consider our positions to be 'fluid' to some extent.

For example someone may get involved for promotions, but end up shipping or handling A&R or web stuff from time to time.

While we may be joining according to our individual strengths we will all be able to learn more about the whole process.

Katie - it would be nice to have someone to coordinate things with from time to time, so if you are interested in some of these duties let me know

I live in New York, but I am currently visiting with my parents in central florida. I brought my airport base, so I have constant access to the 'world' and can still do my own business stuff while here. 8)

Looks good, mates.

Would actually like to be involved in the A&R. I´ve got good experience in this aspect, and I reckon that the label would benefit from the fact that dubstepforum.com actually have users from all over the world. This is a key factor, as far as I am concerned, compared to the other UK-based label. With this in mind, I think an A&R team in the UK as already planed is perfect, however we might consider an European, an US, AUS/NZ/East-Asia etc. local "branch". The OHOI! crew (four guys, including myself and JSL) would definately be running the NORSE INVASION!!!!! :)
Northern Europe; eg. Scandinavia, Baltic regions, Northern Germany etc.

Yeah, it would be a good idea to divide up promotion and A&R duties around the world. Figure out who we have for each country - or group of countries.

I'm all about stateside A&R/Promotion and moving the products. Really, whatever needs to be done. I have little in the way of responsibilities going on in my life right now. I have plenty of time to do whatever I need to do.

CEDE - cheers for that, I'm more than willing to help with some of the responsibilities etc. - just let me know, i'm smack dab in the middle of your "bases" with my current living situations in NC - so on the same time zone, a plus!
