In the tenth installment of the Dub War Podcast, NYC legend Badawi shows off forthcoming original material for The Index label. Kode 9's remix of his "Den of Drumz" introduced him to the dubstep generation, but Badawi has been pushing the boundaries of experimental dub and bass music going back to the gritty 90's in NYC with his work as part of Sub Dub, as well as solo material including "Bedouin Soundclash feat Honeychild" and "Soldier of Midian." His take on dubwise Middle Eastern rhythms is truly unique. Look for Index 001 in stores soon including "El Topo" and the Shackleton remix of "DstryAllPrfts" featuring vocals by Vengeance Tenfold.
