right click the big knob. increase LFO row all the way to the right.

what version of massive are you using? you should be able to automate (via ableton) a synced LFO rate in massive 1.1.4.

sorry - i should've mentioned that. depends what you want, but in general, start with a non-wobble bass. let WOW do the wobbling.
