Midi Map Moving With Channel in Ableton
I cant find this anywhere online. I'm using Live and I want my midi map to move with the channel select. So if I map to panning on channel 1 then select channel 4 that same control will now move the panning for channel 4.

Re: DJ Pay and Set Times
OK have another question. How big is a big PA? I know it can be all about room size but what is alot. I have a small ish room for a club. The high end of the PA was nice but as it was all wall mounted there wasnt much sub so I rented 800W of subs just to be sure. Do you think that could be a selling...

Re: Vocalist here?
Curious why you think you can't pull this off yourself. A few breathy vocals and some post processing, you got it ;p Not like dance music ever had literary level lyrics anyway eh? I wandered, lonely, as a wob? Lonely as a wub in minimalist Dubstep. My pain was as long as the decay on a snare. My li...

Yeah it's always good to do a final mix like that before you export.
Sinestepper If you mix everything really low you will never run out of headroom. Its nice to be able to mixdown the shape you have in mind without headroom ever being a concern.

Re: Ableton Operator vs Massive
If you look at both of them for what functionality they have then Massive is in a different ball park to Operator. I mean is there anything Massive cant do?

Re: Looking For Some Decent Earphones
That works the other way as-well. Nothing more annoying than spending loads of money on pair of headphones just for the cable to break inside. Most cables do in the end though.

Re: Looking For Some Decent Earphones
I would recommend Noise Isolating earphones. For Earphones you will get a ok pair for that price. I would say though that you will get better sound out of a decent pair of over ear headphones.

Re: so what do we all think of these 303 and 808 reissue rum
I am not a huge analog fan, but if you're gonna release a new 808, why make it essentially a hardware digital VST clone of the 808/909? At least then turn it into a fully capable digital drum sampler with 808 and 909s emulations added to them. Then I see the point. With what we have now, it just fe...

I will when they vocals are done. It will end up in my sig anyway. My vocalist is coming over tomorrow to finish writing them so they should be recorded by the end of the week.

Re: This is the best track I have ever made.. and now I hate
nowaysj just wow. Yeah the track musically was finished and I was just trying to get the production up to a level I found acceptable. There was nothing wrong with the track at all. I started to hate it because I had spent the better part of 2 days listening to it go round and round. I dont know, I g...

Re: Reason: Twisting and Filtering FM Basses and Growls
I think they make the same kind of sounds but they are not the same. Even with a EQ it wont be exactly the same. On a proper Vowel Filter you can choose the vowels you want to use then blend between them. I think in sound you are looking for is going from O to A. This is a really popular one. (Skip ...

This is the best track I have ever made.. and now I hate it!
Ever get this? I'm working on a track I think is a winner then due to spending too much time on it I end up hating it. I was full on ready to scrap a good track I put so much time into. The only reason I didn't is because I had a week long break from it. How can I stop this other than putting less t...
