Re: Are these good speakers to use? (beginner in a bedroom)

I had those, due to being in a really small room and not needing anything powerful, they'll do you for the time being. Do you think they are the best of their kind? or do you think they may be other in the same price range that are better?? get a pair of studio headphones instead if you can't affor...

Re: Are these good speakers to use? (beginner in a bedroom)

No no no no no. you dont get it, there all studio monitors. i dont have a studio, its just me in a bedroom with a small midi ke...

Re: FINISHED TRACKS FOR FEEDBACK-- JUNE 2010

@TDubz I'm not gonna lie it doesn't sound very good, sounds like you made the sounds out of hitting biscuit tins, which is not bad thing, but they're not produced very well. Same with the kick, search for the thread I made with the decent samples in it thread's called "sample pack for da noobs...

Re: FINISHED TRACKS FOR FEEDBACK-- JUNE 2010

I like almost everything about this tune, the clicky percussion works perfectly. The way all the melody seems to wind melt into the vocals and just work so well. The one thing i dont like is there snare. To me it sounds really stock and a bit too heavy for a tune like this? Really like the track th...

Re:

ESI KEYCONTROL 25 XL Any good? Or should i go with Nanokey? The price is only 50 euros. NanoKey sucks ass. really poor built quality apparently. This might be a bias opinion because i own both the LPK25 and the LPD8 but i would say to you, go for the LPK25 and save yourself 5 pounds. the Keycoontro...

Re: [production bible 2] MIDI Controllers

Could you add these 2 to the list? Akai Pro - LPK25 - £45 ($60) The arpeggiator is a great thing to have is such a small device. You can set the clock to internal and set the tempo by tapping the Tap Tempo button. Or you can set it to external so you get the tempo of the DAW you are using. The ARP O...
