Re: ripping audio from a film with audacity

I remember seeing what your talking about though, I'll have a look when I'm home if nobody else has sorted you out. EDIT: This should he...

You make me want to beat the fucking shit out of my computer screen.

Then I'll see less posts like this :6:

What's got you so frustrated in Ableton anyway? maybe if you asked a question it could have been solved! Ableton is a breeze ;)

Re: So it looks like im gonna HAVE to learn ableton.

When drawing in MIDI notes with the Piano roll, drag it up to the top, make it take up the entire screen. Then you can zoom in a little more on the Piano roll itself and have a larger space.. Might make it easier for you BassSaber.

Re: Where to find these samples..

Nice one on that link refuzed. I frequent that site, but must have missed that article. Some links I havn't seen before so now I'm keen to get home and dig around! But yeah DubEngine, if you can, record with a crap mic and a good mic. The good mic will obviously give you a clean sound, but the crapp...

Re: Where to find these samples..

Haha it's all cool man. Nah, I never said it was hard, just meant he might not have the equipment (like a mic) to be able to record it himself. In all fairness though, a cheap shitty mic, or even a decent phone would be enough to do the job...

That's a nice tip regarding the wheelback.

Ableton for the most part, but I have Reason from when I first started producing. There are just certain elements I love within reason, but I do bounce everything into Ableton. Really should look at rewiring them...
