Xince - Experience [Drum & Bass]

All feedback appreciated.

Disclaimer: this was just something that I threw together in about 3 hours while on a sugar rush influenced by me being mad as f**k.

Ganja white night snare

Hey, I've been listening to a lot of ganja white night's music lately and there's one snare that I really fell in love with. The track that it's from is called "Désolé girl" and it's almost impossible to find (since it's not on youtube or anything) so I'll link the spotify URL: http://open...

Sorry mate. Don't mean to be harsh. I don't wanna put you off producing, just being honest. I think honesty goes a long way, it did with me when I first started producing. Keep doing what you're doing though mate, enjoying it is te main thing. I'd just work on processing and the arrangement of my d...

Re: Desire You [Chillstep]

Really good track Although it seems to clip a bit for me at 0:56 when the sub kicks in. (I don't know if that's me or if it's actually clipping)

Good work man!

Lucid defeat [Progressive House]

I made this tune a while ago and uploaded it yesterday, even if it isn't dubstep or anything that is even close to the genre I hope that I can get some feedback on improvements I can make in future tracks.

Hollow bass

Hey fellow members. I thought I'd ask you for a bit of help creating a basspatch that seems to be growing more popular. The bass can be heard in "Bulletproof - feat. Eva Simons" by Doctor P (1:06) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OZR_qBwkois And also in the track "Mr. Brown" by Koa...

Re: Resampling - Why?

I didn't read all the posts here but I have a really simple technique. (for ableton live) 1. Insert MIDI notes to the instrument that you want to resample. 2. Freeze the track by right clicking and clicking on the "freeze track" option. 3. Create a new audio track. 4. CTRL drag the frozen...

Re: Triplet kick buildup

Thanks guys. Played around a bit and took some tips. All I had to do was to put the grid to 1/32 and put them in at some random points. Although I really would like someone to help me out with grooves/swings Not exactly related to the song but Ableton's got little MIDI preset things in the library....

Triplet kick buildup

I need help creating a buildup that sounds a bit like the first buildup in the track "Frainbreeze" by Pegboard Nerds: https://soundcloud.com/pegboardnerds/frainbreeze-free I've tried triplets but I can never seem to get it right as it sounds too straight, so I added a groove but I can't ge...

Resampling - Why?

Hello people.
I have so many questions about different techniques of resampling and the pros/cons of them. But for now I'm just going to ask one question.
What are the benefits of resampling ex. a massive patch with effects on it (except for glitching up the sound).

Please tell me why you resample.
