It's some brass (trumpets or something) and a Reese that have been sidechained. Other than that it's just some average Hip-Hop drums. As far as overall sound is concerned, mind the transients (not too loud), and add reverb to taste.

It's your standard Dubstep growl. Lots of people use Sytrus/Vocodex to recreate it and get good results.
