I used to write tunes on a windows laptop until it died, when my work replaced it with a powerbook. Which is sweet, but I wanna write tunes again, and can't get hold of any fuckin software for it; anyone know where I should go?

The only real problem I find with beatmatching dubstep is that sometimes two tunes use really quite different grooves (or quantisation), say with different amounts of swing... So they can be completely in time, but it just doesn't sound right. But once you know what mixes work and what don't, it's n...
