Yes, and? The Predator 2 samples have been used since the movie came out around early 90´s. I´ve got a few old Jungle and DnB tunes using those samples, but it doesn´t make them bad.

No worries, but as it´s a live concert it´s a bit hard to distort drums without feedback etc. And I wouldn´t call the Play With Fire tune grime either. Maybe Breakstep/Breakbeat. Well, it doesn´t matter. :) They have done a few grime tracks with Jammer, B-Live, Jai Box, Shyam and Faction G. Some gri...

Not too keen on the didgeridoo, but I REALLY like the feel of the tune, mate!!! Listened to another of your tunes uploaded which is very good too. Would you like to swap tunes? I can send you mine, and you can send me yours?

big up!

Yeah, actually feeling the vibe of the tune, eventhough it´s rather short. However, I reckon the mix needs slight improvents to make it stand out: The drums, especially the snare, seemd to lack punch and clarity, and maybe vene some reverb. I really like the intro chords, however it´s way too short ...

F.U.K.T (Danish live DnB/Grime/Breakstep band)

Ez, mates. I just produced and engineered the debut album for the Danish live Drum'n'Bass (and Grime and Breakstep) band F.U.K.T. Thought it might be interesting for you lot to hear and see a live band (no sequencer, no click track) playing Breakstep. They even played a live cover version of Darqwan...

Nice tune, mate with some really good ideas.
However the mix doesn´t seem finished. As Kenneth Sulu points out, especially the snare is very loud.

Big up!

Sorry, mclasses? Do you mean the mastering units in Reason?
Of course I did :) However, I also tend to use the units as EQ´s, comp/lim etc. on the individual tracks. But yes I use the mastering units.

Cheers, Osiris. Not sure why the link suddenly didn´t work - odd. However, I have changed til link now. Thanks for the info, mate. And thanks for the big up´s as well. I can of course send you a 320, when the final mix is done (in a week or two). I´ll also upload it here, as it would cool to listen ...

HAHAHAHAHAHA, true. But as I wrote it´s just last week that I got a new place/studio for the gear (the synths, drum machine etc.), and for years it was tucked away in the basement. However, from next week on I´ll have it all set up, and will be able to send you tunes in the following months made on ...

Alright, I finally made it work: EDIT: I have moved the link to a thread of it´s own in the Tunes section. Please have a listen. Feedback is appreciated. However, please keep in mind that this tune has not been mixed and still needs some edits/fills etc. This is straight out of Reason (nothing else)...

Definately. I tried to upload a tune to the Tunes-section today, but apparently I couldn´t make it work. I´ll try again soon though. Currently I only produce on my Powerbook (and then mix it at the studio), but around next week I´ll have the complete production studio up and running (as we just move...
