if you clip, you blow up speakers. plain and simple. sounds like shit. or you just have no sound at all. either way, it sucks. best bet is if youre djing and you want louder sound, talk to the sound man. turning up the gains like an asshole only creates distortion and doesnt make shit sound any more...
