If I'm honest, I don't know a great deal about techno, house, minimal, etc...

Have you ever listened to anything by Shed? His stuff is fantastic.

Other people I like in that vein are Basic Channel, Echochord, Rod Modell, Redshape & Quantec.

Blimey. Didn't even realise 4, 5 and 6 existed. Must look into that. What are they like?

Out of the first three, number 1 is my favourite. It's difficult to call though. There's a lot of original and innovative stuff on all of them. Madlib is a bit of a genius.

I think a few of the tracks from Tri Repetae / Anvil Vapre might fit nicely into a dubstep mix. Also, the end of the first tune from the Garbage EP might be worth looking into.

I'm thinking about doing this TEFL course too. I'm finding getting any decent job in England difficult at the minute. Think it's certainly worth the outlay. Japan seems like the place to go, but South Korea looks pretty interesting too. There's a website looking for people to teach there, and you do...

I've gotta lotta love for Gescom and this thread. The Sounds Of Machines Our Parents Used EP (on Clear) was one of the first bits of vinyl I ever bought. The 14 minutes plus electro track is still the bizness. Both Keynell records - the Skam one and the Warp one - are timeless. My favourite Gescom r...

RIP Tony Hart

Massively sad about that. The man was a genius and a legend. Kept me entertained for many afternoons back in the 80's.

I hope Morph will be alright. It's a sad day.

Props to Steinvord.

There's obviously been a decent amount of work and effort put into those tunes. The edit's are rolling, for a start.

Sounds really good.

Lomax & Focus - Five Weeks. Lemon D - City Lights If you're into liquid d'n'b, those tunes will blow your mind. A lot of people have advised listening to stuff by Marcus Intalex. His two labels - Soul:r and Signature - are amazing. Any tunes on those labels are wicked. Can't remember what it's c...

Probably already been mentioned but...A Bittersweet Life.

It's a very involving Korean film with lot's of blood and guts.

I've not usually got the patience for most films, but this was tops.

Pete Rock and Premier are top notch. Really like Prefuse 73 and Flying Lotus too. Does MF Doom count? I don't know if he actually produces or if its Dilla who does his tunes.

If you enjoyed Anima or Mutila, you should definitely check out The Four Quarters. It's a sterling album.

Have you ever listened to Arovane? His stuff is quite similar to Vladislav Delay and just as enjoyable.
