Re: Stuff to try thread

Load a .exe, .wmv or a .dll into audacity :W: Hey man nice idea, but you can also do it with any type of file you want. Just click: Project -> Import Raw Data, then browse to your file Normally it just seems to be mostly static but I guess every now and then you get some nice glitch type sounds you...

Re: The Reason Q&A Thread

Yo whats up guys, Ive just got a little question to ask. ive been trying out some cool effects using notch filters in reason 4 recently. I understand the basics of what a notch filter is, but whats up with the LP/HP knob for it when you use it (state variable) in Thor. Can anyone explain what this i...

Re: Why is FL studio looked down upon?

Re: The Reason Q&A Thread

Ive got a quick question about reason, sorry if it's already been asked but I don't think it has... When you add certain effects as sends on a mixer in reason, why do some of them (e.g. phaser, delay, flanger etc) connect by default with only one (left) input but two outputs? I never know if i shoul...

Re: Chop your bass lines!

Well it's pretty self explanatory isn't it? I'm using reason 4 at the moment but I assume its similar to the other programs. If you really want to bounce the sound out and cut the front part off then you could download a program like audacity to do this and then sample it back into your DAW, but cou...
