Re: I interviewed Addison Groove...

Thanks! Gutted I can't make it along next week (too busy writing about music to dance to it ). A.G, Rashad and Boddika would have been an amazing thursday night.

Re: History of dubstep, When did you join in?855- 8

I'd heard some dubstep mixes, and bought one of the early Plasticman 12s but the first track that made me go :5: was 'Pop Pop' by Vex'd. There was a phase when I listened to very little but dubstep (probably between 2006 and 2008). 'Midnight Request Line', 'Anti War Dub', 'Seven Samurai', 'Distant L...

Re: Dubstep Noob

Thanks guys, I'll check that lot out. I do eventually want to get deeper with it though, the commercial 'filth' probably wont cut it after a while! Just head straight to the Dubstep Allstars mix CDs and be done with it. Maybe get the latest one and work backwards. Also, as Particle Jim said - liste...

Re: "Post-dubstep"

magazines and bloggers need clicks and tweets. they want to say they "called it first" before anyone else. by declaring buzzing genres over, they know your emotions will get raised. this tactic is as old as brown bread. the media did the exact same thing to garage, 2step and jungle. I don...

Re: Aphex Twin Has Recorded Six New Albums

Doesn't RDJ always say things like this?

After 'I Care Because You Do' he said he had about 12 albums of stuff just sitting in his house.

He's a proper little pricktease.
