havent done this myself, but heres some tips. firstly sign up to PRS, MCPS and PPL. They are collection agencies which distribute royalties. Ensure u have someone (preferably a lawyer) look over the contract so you know the terms and territory of the location. I.e where is the advert going to be air...

nothing too special really, just a combination of samples from classic drum machines (808 etc), field recorded sounds. I wouldn't be surprised if allot of the percussion was sampled from old Radiohead Pro Tools sessions, chucked in a sampler n manipulated.

[binge] stemmed form a time when i was doing far too many drugs and generally letting my life spiral out of control, music was the only thing that stopped helped, so i stopped binging drugs and started to binge on music.
