mixed in key or rapid evolution (which is free ;) ) biggest misconception seems to be people thinking they convert tunes to the same key, which they dont, they just tag the tunes with the key worth remembering they arent always 100% accurate, some tunes have key and bpm changes which can throw them ...

@smores - ghastly gorge drums sound nice dude. all the cinesamples stuff is pretty damn awesome

ahh i see what you mean. yeh its because of the groove/swing is set to affect the length of some notes. it probably happens a bit more often as well but is not so noticeable because of the bass.

hadnt noticed the kick tbh. Might just be tiny bit too much limiting, tune is just smashed through t racks, an exciter and satson channel atm. Could be i layered a little something else over the top of the first kick that i didnt on the second that synth patch is just two saws and a sine, bit of noi...

I've read and heard countless times that bass sounds should be in Mono. I've never heard an explanation as to why this is mainly due to club sound systems being mono. also due to problems arising if the low end is too wide when cutting vinyl. if its too loud/wide it will cut too big a groove/trough...
