Just wanted to post this track on here; got it played out on BBC Radio Nottinghamshire during their Introducing segment for new and undiscovered artists and I wanted to share this with you guys :D

Very very very nice, proper vibes. I'd personally put an expander on the 2nd round of bass where it changes from the first round just to differentiate it without screwing with it too much, just on the different bits like

Thanks for the advice dude, listening back after I'd exported the track I do feel that the 2nd half of the tune doesn't differentiate enough from the 1st... might fiddle around and see what comes of it :)

Any suggestions on a good expander I could use? Think that's one of the few things in my toolbox that I don't have lol

You could also a whatsit , ring modulator, but I think the change in dynamics would be more interesting

Don't know any specific expandes, but I know there's a lot of freeware around

Just uploaded the full, studio version as well - found that the radio compression fucked with the sound a bit. Check the track underneath here (but I'll also add it into the initial post as well :D);
