I think anything can make you become introspective on or off acid. Pretty colours can sometimes lead to introspection.

already saw Avatar regular. and it was awesome.

saw Avatar 3d last night, ehhh...

3d movies in my opinion are wack. i cant stope focusing on my peripherals and eventually just get a headache when having to watch 3 hours of something 3d.

but there def was some really cool parts, sober. so i cant imagine tripping. itd be too much.

I watched the Jam series on mushrooms once, and it weren't a pleasurable experience...Which I liked

Jam was fucking hillarious. Also Brass-Eye was a great UK show. The one episode about the "Pedo-pants" that expand like a balloon if you get a boner in front of a school playground.

Quality stuff.

Yeah that last special they did, with the Paedophisles, Nonce Sense, and the guy who disguised himself as a school building to trick unsuspecting children, haha Chris Morris is great.

its a deep review, covers a lot of important elements in the film, in good detail and in a logical way.

this film deserves a half n hour review, its got a lot in it.

did somebody say avatar was not a movie for thinking?

it's pretty much the perfect movie. thinking people can have their fill of profundity, and the non thinking people can have their explosions.

There was a degree of profundity in Avatar, but it was lacking what I'd expect from James Cameron. The message was a good one, but it wasn't presented with as much depth as I'd like. However, the 3D was brilliantly executed, and the CG was good enough to have me wondering what was real and what wasn't.
fuck off

I saw it today - was pretty good, visuals were awesome. Story-wise isn't it just a thinly veiled critique of colonialism? Anyway I enjoyed it. For a big budget Hollywood flick it wasn't as dumb as I thought it might be.
