@Streetxlite, Quality dude.. There truly wasn't one thing I didn't agree with on this track. You had to of put in many many hours in to this track and it shows. I'll be keeping track of you sir.

@JuJu, Pretty weak at the beginning man, build it up a bit tighter. The drop would have been great if the bass caused more ruckus in my brain if ya know what I mean (More heavy bass and more sub!) ;)

Been inspired by Gwen Stefani and No Doubt lately!
Loving this track right now... Goes amazingly with a fat bowl.

I love how four people in a row didn't leave one single word of feedback...
I don't see how this can happen over and over and people don't read the rules set down for this thread...
Fucking terrible.

Ok so here it goes:

@ Warrenweedle nightmare track:
Nice intro, nice use of the halloween samples. Crazy bass sounds, not really my cup of tea. Drums aren't really coming through, maybe ass some layers in there or try Eq'ing it more so the drums hit through

@dubsac
Quality crisp sound you got there, good melody and basssound. like others mentioned before it's missing some low midrange in the bass. sub could be 'deeper' imo (like a semi octave lower)

@Pumice
nice drums and percussion!! Complex yet it all sounds very nice together. Really like the sub in this one, gj. the only remark that i have on this is IMO it misses some leading melody or something and a 'structure' songwise. But i'm guessing that it is done on purpose.

@Steeze
Sounding good man! Lovely piano, nice vocals. Wobbles sound a bit too 'static' imo could use some more fx to make it more natural.(definitely cause the rest of the song sounds very harmonic and natural)

@Skaven
Nice beats, very clean drums. love the idea of that 'robot horror style' bass. Also here i'm missing a bit low low midrange bass. But overal very nice track.

@dubsax
GREAT drums! not a fan of the yayay bass. i wouldn't mind the track without that bass. It still would be beautiful.

@ redjuan

nice minimalistic sound, but i wanna hear a nice deep trembling subbass under this. (to carry the track a bit if you know what i mean). maybe add some extra percussion to fill up some empty spaces.

@bassmagnet
Nice deep end on the track!, all sounding really crisp. Some cool fx on the vocals although imo you've overdone it a bit on the vocal :). But i just love how all the rest sounds together, nice.

So here's my first load of feedbacks, more to come

feel free to leave me some comments/feedback on this one

Its a quite heavy and straightforward track i made in between studying. spent alot of time on the mixdown and 'mastering' because i'm quite new to all that. So let me know how it sounds.

Cheers

@Woozee I think this track has potential but i feel it can be improved and developed; i like the start its catchy nd punchy but i feel after hearing throughout the song it gets repetative and annoying, the wobbles are fine, i would have them a little louder to give the track more punch, other than this is you give the track a lot of variation and development you will be sounding better as a whole in no time

@dizzek163 this is a prime example of a tune sooooo nearly there but i feel it needs to be remixed and mastered a little more, love the varation, especially the bit at 0:59, big up!

BRAND NEW TUNE BY ME CALLED CONSUELA- HAD TO BE DONE
THIS IS ONLY A CLIP OF IT, DJ'S/PRODUCERS MESSAGE ME FOR THE FULL, MASTERED VERSION
FEEDBACK IS MUCH APPRIECIATED AND RETURNED :)

@imperial

Nice idea of a track. I find the drums could be more punchy and adjusted to the bassline. Bass sounds cool, but at some times a bit too overdistorted (on some lower notes you hear that distortion a bit too hard).But overall nicely done!

@Imperial: those drum beats are KILLING IT!
but i do gotta agree that the bass is a little overpowering at some points.
just make sure that with the sub bass NEVER have more than one note playing at a time, it just gets mucky.
(I dont know if u have done that, but it sounds like there is some overlapping notes at some points imo.

I know it says its still a track in progress, but i dont really want to continue with it now because i want to go down the dubstep route once ive learned abit more about reason and producing in general.
i would just like some crit on the track so i know what is bad about it so i can take it into account when i make a dubstep track.
i know its pretty beginner and probably not half as good as some of the tracks on here, but ive got to learn from my mistakes and the only way i can find out what they are is to ask for other peoples opinions.

(I have given crit on 4 other producers on the previous page, but nobody responded so ive re-done my post here.)

Thanks for the feedback.
Very nice track Code. I love the sharp stabs, and a nice kind of experimental rolling beat. When the subs break in it's a perfect match. I like the amount of blank space in the track, balances out with the punishing stabs and subs. Great work.

ill

Hey Tdubz,
What I think you got goin on here for a start is real good. I really like the melody of your basslines. I think maybe work on your layering of beats, a louder, more distinct snare. And maybe work on making the hi-hats and other sounds more distinct(in there own space, maybe experiment with panning and different volumes). It sounds like you have a real good ear for melody just from that bassline, and the synth melody running parallel over the bass. Try throwing in some contrasting melodies to add new ideas to the track, but I think you've got a great thing goin so far.

@Tdubz dnb thing

a decent basic idea for a dnb track, it all could sound more powerfull like mentioned above some more layers in drum etc. try making a more warmer wobble on that together with the sharp one you got going on right now, curious about how its gonna sound when finished
