latency inducing plugin

is there a plugin in ableton that can delay you're track in milliseconds.. what i mean by this is a plugin that does what track delay does at the bottom of the track. i want to induce latency within sub groups of one track.

just increase the predelay on the amplitude envelope

Use a delay with the source muted/no dry signal in mix?
