Tried to quit several times. Drinking alcohol caused me the most problems, apart from that it's fairly easy

omg. got bare craving, went on a hunt for an e-cig because my mate said they are good. And with blueberry flavour its mind-blowingly sound. With tobacco flavour its like smoking arse. But yep it satisfies my cravings a little and has kept me away from cigs for a bit longer! anyone else actually tried these?

whats the point though? your still addicted to nicotine and will have to face the cravings/withdrawals at some point. I quit on new years day and although the past two weeks have been pretty shit its not the end of the world and am starting to see the benefits of quitting now.
