The Blackdown Vs Trim 12 love thread

Post by grievous_angel » Mon Sep 17, 2007 7:30 pm

Blackdown and Dusk featuring the mighty Trim - The Bits.

JUST HOW GOOD IS THIS TUNE?

Talk about next level shit.

Check it on the blackdown myspace - absolutely killing it with the subtle, sparkling dub.

B side is almost is good.

Soon come people - should be out in a few weeks.

Check for audio at http://www.myspace.com/keysoundrecordings

The full-length, full-resolution versions are so much better than the clips though, trust, and the vinyl is going to be better again.

I really, really would have loved to hear the FWD set by blackdown. I said all last year that Lata was a monumental release, a turning point for dubstep, and this one is even better than that... but there's 15 NEW DUBS in Blackdown's bag. Amazing...

yeh the set was very deep, some amazing tracks especially towards the end. love the vibe, really different sound design for dubstep too, reminded me of old-school hip-hop kind of

The Bits is fucked, so abstract and odd. Trim was the perfect choice, and he smashes it

looking forward to having a copy

YES... Chinese-style niceness. Between this, the new bug 12, and those BBK mixtapes i have been planning on buying for time i can't forsee my nice new student loan going far.

Love the cheng samples, and the insanely grimey square wave. Pissed i missed the keysound set, anyone know if they are playing anywhere else in london / on radio.
