Tribute to the Mine - Brighton rootsy and deep dubstep

Post by dj_donga » Mon Jul 21, 2014 8:29 am

hey
so I been playing at the Mine
they always bring big system
100% next level visuals
and friendly vibes

generally playing warm-up
giving me time to explore the roots and different avenues of the culture
and drop some suitable newer bits in and out too
ALWAYS 100% vinyl

this was an unrehearsed live mix of tunes that reflect these sessions
BTW
no fx - n crossfader - not even mid-cuts
jus man and wax
old skool style
peace

appreciate the responses!!

personally had to cool off from 'dubstep' for a good while
though never stopped buying tunes on wax i thought deserving
found my way back in thru the heart of the music and it's original culture
and it spreads back out from there....
