This is an excellent show. I'm one of the new to the scene people I suppose and it caught my imagination. I liked the idea that you don't have to dance - you can just stand there and feel it - reminds me of early dub. And the idea of going back to the dubplate thing, making it almost impossible to create digital files for free download I found strangely refreshing.
I went out and got a Mala 12" blind to the sound and the Skream album,
plus a planet mu compilation 200th release.
I'm mainly looking for the more ambient dub style and noticed Boxcutter fitted that bill quite well on the planet mu compilation.
Any other recommendations?
