VST Problems on Windows 7

Post by i see sounds » Sat Sep 18, 2010 11:03 pm

Hey whats good,
I was wondering if anyone can help me out, i've been tryin to install some Fx plug ins i used to use on my old laptop that ran Windows xp, my new laptop runs Windows 7 and it obviously has problems reading the TC Works Native Bundle pack i tried to install, but other VST's like Rapture it seems to read fine. can anybody help me out, or suggest some plug in packs supported by Windows 7?

Safe.

TC stopped making their plugins available as VST due to piracy so I doubt there will be win 7 updates any time soon. If you want to use those in Win 7 you will probably need the PoCo hardware unit.

My studio pc uses Win7 32bit due to some legacy usb issues, I've not had a problem with any VST's what-so-ever. :i:

Ps. piracy is incredibly bad.

its cool guys i got my old vst's to work, i jus had to right click on the acid pro 6 shortcut and click properties, then choose 32 bit for the compatibility and it reads them all.

p.s piracy feeds the imagination of those less fortunate. :z:
