How do you change what's default in Ableton's audio effects?

Everytime i drop in a new audio effect rack, it has multiple plugins I used a while ago as apposed to being empty

delete everything that its in it, right click, save as default iirc

Also, rename all of your new effects racks, so you are not overwriting your blank template every time.
