Secondly, we should discuss first up the important issues to be discussed...maybe break them into separate topics so that we can have more focused discussion on each issue?...e.g. budgeting, decision-making procedures, distribution issues etc etc

i think then maybe a buisness plan should be drawn for arguments sake ..

a realistic amount of money which could be thrown at this by members that wouldnt hurt the pocket and that people wouldnt miss from there balance

exactly, no one is going to put anything up until some kind of plan is hashed out, and some kind of head is appointed.

I think the only person that I've met here in person and would allow to hold my money is Seckle. I don't know if he's even responded at all to this idea, but I know he's pretty responsible... at least, at 5am after Dub War, he was eating breakfast after staying up all night and THEN he had to go to work... and was actually going to show up.

Dedication. He also said he only works like 3 days a week. I hate to nominate someone without them chiming in, but I also know he's going to be at all the dub war's, and I can knife him up if he runs with the money

haha just kidding. seriously though, I nominate him... anyone else, I'd need a very strong following of people speaking to their character to make me feel comfortable. Not that I doubt everyone is honest, but... yea, actually I do--I live in America, so it takes a lot to trust people.

it's either have an accountant outside the effort, or an accountant inside with a series of checks and balances in place (ie: letting 2 people have access to the financial records instead of just one)

an accountant outside the project willl need to be paid 99.9% of the time

ill do it then-ill need someone else tho

the princes trust send you on a 2 week buisness course. my m8 owen who own's rhythem nation records in doncaster did it.i think whoever does the accounting should have basic accounting skills as it is a big part of the buisness and one of the most important
