Honestly. for someone that's got Zebra2 and Massive and doesn't seem to know the slightest thing about synthesis :corntard: You could spend all that time you've been torrenting software to, idk, do a bit of research :W: This question has been asked a million times by the way, I wou...

Re: Learning Keyboard for Producing?

dubstep doesnt really require you to know how to play piano. Just know your scales and chords and let your ear be the judge. Offcourse you can only benefit by practicing piano if you have the will to do the drill. You can download midi`s and then learn how to play bar by bar a song that`s interestin...

Re: Fun things to do when you're bored of producing.

Sometimes i like to mess around with my DAW - once in Ableton i created a set where i had delays feeding back into each other with different timing variations and high feedback. Then i sent a short blip of sound through it and listened while chaos ensued. Took about 5 minutes for it to build up ful...

Re: need a little NANOKONTROL2 help (post-forum search)

I am not an abl user...does ableton show any midi activity when you turn the knobs? Does it power on when you plug it in the usb? Anyway, nanopad IMO is one of the best controller`s for that money. I dont even use it as a pad for drumming, I mostly use its x-y controller which I think is awesome and...

Re: [Interview] Machine love: Ikonika (+ studio pics)

no disrespect, I really dont hear anything interesting going on in her tunes. Maybe I`m wrong, feel free to tell me what I`m missing. kind've a pointless thing to debate over, what might not be interesting to you might be interesting to others (see kode9). she's not overly flashy or anything, but s...

Re: The Art of Concentration

Re: Changes to Production board you'd like to see in 2013

is there any way to change the board skin/view? This white version is blinding, I would welcome something a bit more darker.

100 % wet no. It monoizes your signal heavily (i guess all amps do it?). You could experiment using it on sends or sending L and R channels to each instance of boogex but its not very practical.

Re: voxengo boogex

would be nice if someone shared some knowledge and tips on this thing, and overall guitar amp vst`s.

I just recently started playing with it, mostly as 100% wet. Works best on simple waveforms, interesting when you feed it pitch bending sounds. Apply other fx after it.
