this will be fucking amazing...Deffo one of if not the best club i've been too IMO...
Was there in Feb and the vibe was great but really wanted to hear some dubstep through that sic rig...
Didn't notice any 'Selective door policy' both me and the missus got a serious talk about not using our camera phones but apart from that the security seemed more friendly than the door staff in this country...
Really gonna try reach this....

Lineup is big but I've got 'TWO WORLD WARS AND ONE WORLD CUP' tattooed on my eyes so I might not bother

OH MY GOD! i've been obsessed with going to this club since i read
http://www.pitchforkmedia.com/article/f ... -in-techno
"Housed in a disused power plant, the Berghain complex is an intimidating, post-industrial behemoth boasting a cavernous main room; the more intimate Panoramabar upstairs; cement floors, ceiling, walls and staircases; and dark, meandering passageways and cubbyholes, which unlike their counterparts in the United States, offer zones of total autonomy. Everything is dark; cameras are strictly verboten. (There are also no mirrors in the toilets, a crucial point in facilitating the club's endurance-testing marathon sessions: you might be more inclined to go home if you could see how fucked you looked.)"
DARK! lineup looks pretty tempting but i'm not sure if could make the pilgrimage for anything other than full-on minimal..

It's still Minimal in the Panorama Bar, so you can still get your techno fix. This does look tempting, and I have been thinking of making a trip to Berlin for a while. Will it still be going on until Sunday night or whatever ludicrous time it usually finishes?

That's probably for the best to be honest, latest I've ever made it in a club is 9am, and that was pretty much game over. I always feel I'm missing out if I leave early though.
If I can gather up some friends and come up with a way to wrangle free accommodation I'll try and commit.

Heading over exactly a month too early...Sickend
The door to berghain can be tricky, which is fucked cause ya can do what like in there!I've only ever qued with my just the gf or sometimes in groups of 4 or 6,we sometimes speak as gaeilge coming to the door just to be sure, but no worries usually just behave and have a big smile at the door and your away.
At the end of the day its only this guy ya gotta get past

And he's not half as fucking scary as some of the heads inside.

Don't worry about the door policy.
Also - the club are adding more to the sound system, this night will be one of the first to get the benefit of the improved sound.
Finally - T++ has been added to the line up.

What exactly do people know about the berghain door policy, thinking about heading down there in the summer but read this
http://www.tranceaddict.com/forums/show ... 8-p-1.html
I'd hate to plan a trip around this and then getting there and turned away for not fitting the vibe of the night

Don't worry it will be fine, I am promoting the night - the venue understand that it will be a slightly different crowd to normal.
ROFLMAO @ the guy who wrote the post in that link btw! Deal with it, son!
