the extremely simple rules of the production forum

Postby Sharmaji » Wed Nov 11, 2009 4:42 pm

#1. DON'T BE A DUMBASS

rule #1 can manifest itself in many, many ways. The most common one is DON'T BREAK THE LAW IN PLAIN DAYLIGHT. IE, don't ask/post about cracked software or warez on a public forum, and don't share copyrighted material (most commonly, samples).

#2. New to dubstep? Got a question about production? Welcome to the family. We're more than happy to help, but it's a 2-way street, so do your due diligence: USE THE SEARCH BUTTON and READ THE STICKIES before you ask.

#3. As fellow producers, we want to hear your tunes, tune ideas, synthesis projects, etc. there's 2 threads up top for feedback-- post 'em there, rather than making a new thread.

that's all.

i wonder how they decide who they sign and who they don't pay attention too.

maybe it's like '1 out of every 200 emails we get sending tunes, we'll sign them'

Is it against the rules to post a track in the Finished / Feedback thread and then post a thread offering free 320's? I've seen alot of people do it and i have even done it myself in the past..im confused as to why my thread got closed

look at the top of the sub forum...

there are 2 threads for your tunes: Finished and Unfinished

otherwise put them in the Dubs subforum
