yeah this was pretty much spot on. when we turned up he was playing some hip hop (tea leaf dancers was pretty much the only tune i recognised all night), then went into a bunch of soul/jazz/funk/disco bits, then a load of house... he was fookin brilliant. he played a crazy remix of amerie 'one thing'. and an incredible house tune (someone ID this please! - sounded like it could be one of his own tunes) which had these really spacey piano chords and a kind of clappy rhythm and a vocal going "i'm running away...". he really looked like he was enjoying himself too, which was sweet

i guess if you're down with his tunes he's pretty much a safe bet for checking djing
gonna give the bristol gig some serious thought

shit yeeeahhh that's the one, good find!! on the pp system this sounded like the best tune i'd ever heard. can't wait til this is out.

tune is sick, i could listen theo every day, and that clip from ny is wicked
