Help my out with my trip to the London dubstep scene!

Ey Dubheads,

I am an Dutch guy, loving the old/original dubstep music (benga,coki,...). I want to travel to London for a few days/weeks to see the dubstep scene and off course visit a lot of party's. I heave an few question, and maybe you can help me out with them!

What is the best place to sleep?
Where are the most original dubstep party's?
Can I drink whiskey/wodka/beer on the age of 18? (important haha!)
How is the scene?
How does the underground,train, and bus work? (how to pay etc)
Do I need any other information?

I am also searching for some cool dubheads to visit in London, PM me if you want to introduce a crazy Dutch guy to London.
