What needs to be said really, Silkie has been around since day. Like many producers of his time, Silkie began his first musical endeavors with garage and grime, producing beats and DJing at an early age for his brother's crew 'Unorthodox'. After experiencing first-hand the sounds that were pioneered at the legendary club night 'FWD>>' during the early 00's, Silkie's productions began to take a more melodious, bass-driven form. Along with other like-minded producers demonstrating a love for music and forward-thinking philosophy, Antisocial Entertainment was formed.
Luscious basslines and jazz-infused melodies combine to create this unmistakable 'Silkie Smooth' sound, whether it be a hyperfunky dancefloor smasher or a soulful eyes-down stepper.
