Possibly a new electronic music genre?

Post by NickyXplosion » Sun Feb 19, 2012 6:53 pm

NickyXplosion Presents
IDrop Bombs Album

So its not just like ordinary dubstep I'm looking on feed back If you willing to listen to a few songs

1.Is it new? would I be able to pass these two syles of music into what I call Xplosionstep?

2. Is it mastered properly? :corndance:

3. What do you think of individiual tracks?

4.What do you think of the whole set?

5.Creativity and idea rating

6. Over all rating?

Some things that you might hear now were meant to be played that way I dont wanna hear any advice about
"why would you side chain your guitar"
or
"who puts dblue glitch on a roland 303?"
or
"That synth doesnt have enough bass"

I leave my bass completely separated from the mid and treble tones rolling off at 200hz \
Sometimes recording my guitar is difficult i dont have 300$ for an mbox I just bought the APC40

Heres my set

Soundcloud

Super megamariotroid is a horrorstyle track it sounds very WET
Drunken leads and mid tone ear candy

Soundcloud

IDrop Bombs is the albums Bombstyle hit. Sounds very crisp and turns into very whompy its got vox and it kick with a break beat style compressor.

Soundcloud

IF YOU LIKE HARDCORE/DEATHCORE or not. Than Midnight Children is the mix for you! Its very bombstyle Its has one of the greatest breakdowns I've made in my opinion. lead guitar/my death growls and tons of synth goodies bass was a bitch tho.

Soundcloud

Ihaunt was one of my earlier track Horrorstyle. I used the roland 303 step sequencer for it lol

Soundcloud

My 2012 mix is two songs both kind of horrorstyle kind of dubstep. the interesting thing about it is that it is chopped and screwed.

Soundcloud

Interesting track was made before midnight children kind of alike in the bombstyle aspect.

Tell me what you think! :corncry: :cornlol: :corntard: :corndance:
