The composition is extremely weak, but the mixing is what really kills it.

The bass volume is too damn high! Seems overcompressed as well. It overpowers everything... It seems you realized that at some point and boosted the kick to match that... Or maybe the other way around; but that is not at all important...
Firstly... Bring everything down to a level where the snare is much more audible (and do NOT just boost the snare). Secondly, rearrange the elements, so the song wouldn't be a battlefield between up- and downbeat supremacy... And we'll see from there.
