i've lasted entire nights on k, and had real energy all night
you just have to pace yourself, otherwise you'll end up like him

k-holes in the club/public are'nt a good idea...
however, k-holes in the comfort of your own bed, with the lights off, with headphones on with a weird abstract ambient mix is a hole other story. ( see what i did there

)

but k is definately one to watch out for. some people can bosh it for ages and not get any noticeable bad effects/health isues (long-term) but for some it can do some real damage.
