First tattoo ever.

Bit of a shitty picture. Will try and get a better one.

good luck in this thread

my ink is a bit shit but had them done when i was 17 & 18 and there's no way the 17 year old me would have not got a tattoo so no regrets, hardly see it any more but it does amuse me and i'll get more probably. some tats are objectively beautiful, some aren't but people always seem to like their own. not saying your's isn't cool, but someone's gonna tell you it isn't pretty soon. fuck firky though, he looks like a ladyboy.

It doesn't offend me but it's too big for what it is. My opinion only ofcourse.

Yup, I'm really happy with it. Got it done down at Family Business in Angel by a guest artist called David from LA.

It got done big because when my wrist isn't horizontal it just looks like a weird piece of machinery. It also looks a lot bigger than it is in those pictures. It's just a bit bigger than an iPhone I'd say. Some people don't understand what it is when I explain it to them, so I just say it's a piece of a time machine. I've been thinking of getting a mechanical sleeve for a while and that's my first addition to it. He did it intentionally so that more work can be done to it.

And yes, it's missing 2 cables and the 2 screws at the top, but that was done on purpose to make it look less messy. There's also no yellow wire, but we decided to only do it in primary colours. I was originally going to get an M44-7 on it, but they're a bit of an eye-sore and not as simple, so I just got the original audio tecnica ones.

Still coming to terms with the fact that I'm going to be looking at it for the rest of my life, but apart from that I'm pretty chuffed with it.

most important thing is to be happy with it, i still haven't found a design i like - I know what I want, kind of, just lack the capacity to draw it. Quite like the style this one a lass i had a fling had on her arm but it wouldn't look right on me.

So I still haven't got one - despite proper wanting one, frustrating! Keep thinking 'fuck it, I'll get one anyway' then common sense kicks in and I'll end up hating it.

Anyway, you've got a pretty fly tattoo there, I wouldn't get it but it's well done and you're happy with it 8)

Good that you're happy with it! A bit bright for my liking, but it's on you not me!

Interestingly I had a fairly long discussion about tattoos tonight. A girl thought it might be a good idea for me to design one for her after she found out that I designed mine myself :) I'm not so sure though.

That's huge! I got my 15 year old tattoo on my upper arm covered with a gramophone. I like it better.
