Essentially, the caller said she had problems because she could attract men but not keep them around. DJ tells her, in essence, that the problem is that she's acting too uptight/prissy and that if she relaxed and got a little more "real" (and freaky) that she wouldn't have a problem. It devolves from there.

I think the host gets the wrong end of the stick and thinks the caller insinuated she's ugly, at which point (my favourite) she's all like PUSSSSYCLART!! NO MAN FI BAG MI FACE YA UNDERSTAN?

Yeah, I think the caller attempted a weak "you're ugly" defense and got reamed a new one for it.
