Sidechain Expansion

Post by cutslade » Tue Feb 02, 2010 11:55 pm

I'm looking for a good sidechain compression tool. i download some random free ones. but i didn't feel like they were any good.
i'm looking for something like the db audio sidechain gate. except it shouldn't be a gate, but an expander..

well i figured out how to do it. by linking both channels into a stereo channel and then using the waves C1 plugin with L>R setting.
so it needs a bit of routing in cubase, and i don't feel like it's very comfortable, but now it works ok. thx anyway

Check out the bg-tech pack....pretty simple and nice sounding same time and it makes side chaining multiple channels really easy
