from what i can understand, you load these waveforms in your favorite sampler and set it to loop playback (not sure which DAW you use, but in FL you can just open a waveform in its own channel on the step sequencer, then check "use loop points" on the SMP tab), or you can load them into your favorite softsynth that supports custom waveforms (i like sytrus, but then again it came with FL :D). you can find a huge list of softsynths and their features here

yeppp, as per monte-m i chucked in Ableton's sampler, clicked loop. Then play away...

I loaded them into FL but they don't sound/look right. For example the sine waves don't sound like sine waves and the shape of the wave is just some weird jagged lines.
