sidechaining-problem in logic express solved?!

Post by izc » Thu Jul 26, 2007 1:09 pm

until now i was working with a rather compliceted workaround on my old g4 (c1 sidechain + stereo-image-munger in order to re-center the bus in logic express) - wasn't working on intel-based macbook though... :(

today i saw at kvraudio.com ...
sidechain-compressor from db-audioware, sidechaining independent from host ('cause it uses it's own bus-system), just released for €62 :D
http://www.db-audioware.com/sidechaincompressor.htm

what does everybody reckon, is a good solution for logic express users?

demo works well so far...
input-gain seems to be a bit difficult though, not sure :?
