He's not Kode 9 - they don't sound alike at all to my mind. Whenever someone tries a hand at a different style, there'll usually be something in their individual sound that will be heard regardless of genre, and I don't hear that in those two artists.

And no, from what I can gather, he doesn't dj or play live. If it's true, he does all his sounds in Soundforge which would mean that he wouldn't really have anything to do but trigger audio files.

Thats pretty much what DJs do tho. Albeit with a lot of style n flair (when theyre good)...

too true. I bought the Burial album from Bleep one Sunday night, and when I left for work the next morning with the album cued up on my walkman, it was raining. And it was a moment of beauty. Drizzly south london beats in a drizzly south london town.
