Ordinarily that would be a joke.
But with Phish, there's a definite possibility that it isn't a joke.

Im hoping that the dates for the summer tour to be annouced later takes them out to this side of the states... at least as far west as Red Rocks. Thats always been the venue I wanted to see them at most.

Who else has actually seen them live? Ive seen em twice - Alpine Valley '96 and '98 - both shows were sick.

I did a few full tours.. i actually met my wife in hershey fall 2000.. . who's also on the ticket tip.

im thinking they are going to announce a tour within a few weeks... at least i hope so.

funny enough.. a few months ago i dug around in my attic and found our old phish tapes (everything is on cd these days) to listen to them in my new used subaru that has a tapedeck only.. and as im listening, im getting that feeling again, and really wishing they would come back together... and BAM!

My wife called it.

nice man... I was always moving too much to do an actual full tour... my bro has done a few though... was thinking they'd be back together too, I spent a few weeks listening to the all live radio station from the site a while back, it totally brought that vibe back

Phish is actually why I started dj'ing... the long extended jams, just like the vibe at the first few raves I went to...

The first Alpine show I was at had a 40 min YEM. I was in heaven. They also did Disease->Mule-> Tweezer -> Chalkdust -> Tweezer to open the second set too...

Oh oh, and a Simpson's call that caught me off guard cause I hadnt heard about it yet.

Oh! And they did Hendrix's Fire on the trampolines! Such a sick show.

NICEONE! That Alpine show sounds epic! What year was that?

Phish and the Dead are both HUGE influences on my DJ'ing. People generally dont understand where I'm coming from when I say it... in a mix, I go there.

**edit** LOL
