Hello,

I just came across your blog and found a copyrighted image there that has been specifically licensed to me in writing. It is the photo of the Phoenix Suns Gorilla with flames.
http://illconceivedtat.blogspot.com/

About.com owns the copyright to my work and doesn't allow it to be published without permission and a fee. Using an image on my server is also defined as bandwidth theft.

I ask that you immediately remove that image. Alternatively, you could certainly link to the page at my site where that image appears. Here's that link. http://phoenix.about.com/od/sportsandre ... cots_4.htm

I am supposed to report copyright violations to the legal department of The New York Times, but I would prefer to give you the opportunity to correct this mistake.

Thanks for your quick attention.

Hahahah

Okay boss, will take it down.

Do you know of any non-copywrited photos of a gorilla slam dunking a basketball through a flaming hoop, though?

I dunno if that still violates copywrite law. I've asked the bloke if I can do that and put a link to the original pic underneath, fingers crossed. There aren't any photos as good/amusing as that of gorillas on the internet, I don't think.

Anyhoo... more importantly, download this mix.

I think 'Gorilla Gate' (as the Sun have dubbed it) is getting in the way of whats important here.

What does ROFL mean?

Yeah Voltaic is Rustie plus someone else whose name evades me making techno/electro stuff. I love Rustie.

Thanks for listening x
