Here is something thats incredibly close that I came across yesterday while making patches...
This is Massive, no freq splitting... a few camelphat's, resonators, short delays, short reverbs... and so on ...

thats the #1 rule.
get 2 externals, that way you have a back-up of your back-up. just incase.

if your working with just audio, pro tools is definitly the route to go!
when 8 came out I went through a phase where I was not only doing post work in it but also all my music production (with the newly implemented midi) and I gotta say, I never had any real problems with it. I also like the midi ...

any chance of another happening... missed this but would love to get in on it

Have been looking around local book stores for things such as 'Drumming for dummies' or other books along those lines explaining rhythm and different popular techniques... I've yet to come across the actual drumming for dummies book but was wondering if any of you on here have come across any ...

IMHO they're not "that" good. Not enough to warrant the relentless bumming of them. I prefer my brostep to have a more complex drum pattern and more depth to the bass. And a little additional melody too. , Datsik tracks I've listened to are always kick, snare...kick...kick...snare.... always 1/3 ...

sick man, fuck what other people say! it has got a wicked vibe. reminds me of the intro song before the game on one of the grand theft auto's with all the lead arp pluck thingers... forget which one. My thought tho is it needs more sub, a nice sine way to pump some low bass :D ...
