Hahaha oh dear..... I set the record to all tracks and it has individually recorded all tracks. So instead of one complete wav I now have 30!!!

Nothing is muted or solo'd (or automated to do so) and the preferences when you record is set to Master....might try setting it to all tracks?!

I can see and play my track (multitrack recording of midi and audio clips) in session view but when I record it out to a wav certain tracks are missing?
