I'd say mess with the amp and filter envelopes and sounds like there's a few LFO's on the pitch and filter. And I doubt its a sine. Maybe triangle + spectral?

There's plenty of literature on how to get that hard bass wobble and honestly, it's not that hard. I recommend Albino 3 for dubstep. It's very powerful, easy to use (if you know how synths work), and comes loaded with phenomenal presets. The spectral waveforms make it a prime choice for dubstep bass
