Re: FINISHED TRACKS FOR FEEDBACK-- MAY 2010

@ donpablo - Chinatown2 : I really like the lead sound in this the oriental feel is there but i´m not sure you maxed it out enough a few extra bits of oriental percussion would make this more suitable to it´s name. I also agree with reignz in that the drop is overpowering every other sound, it´s ins...

Re: PUT YOUR FINISHED TRACKS HERE FOR FEEDBACK.

http://soundcloud.com/akoma/game-over Loving the string work bruv, don't think the initial wobble was necessary think it may have sounded better with a fat warm saw lead bass instead of a wobble, but that's my preference. From the second drop everything sounds sweet though! One other tiny criticism...

Re: PUT YOUR FINISHED TRACKS HERE FOR FEEDBACK.

http://soundcloud.com/bananabomber/zombies Thanks In AdVANCE :) :) Good idea mate, I think this would be better if the bassline was abit more melodic, it gets abit messy for my tastes in the second drop. It just needs a little something more to give it a better feel... Good work though dude keep on...

Re: PUT YOUR FINISHED TRACKS HERE FOR FEEDBACK.

Jstick - Really heavy track this one, Intro is nice very dark, wobble is deffo there I just think is needs something else adding to it, it grated on me after while. Drums could do with a little work aswell. Good track though mate your 80% there with that one. Max4Beats - Nice tune, unexpected, very ...

Re: does anyone not use a midi controller?

I used a MIDI keyboard and MPD32, The MPD32 doesn´t get pulled out much (due to lack of desk space) but the keyboard is always on. I couldn´t program the piano roll with a mouse it just wouldn´t work for me, it seems far to long winded. I Just play and play until something sounds good. The Caps Lock...

Re: PUT YOUR FINISHED TRACKS HERE FOR FEEDBACK.

http://soundcloud.com/akoma/farewell-mastered-by-tinfoiled Nice tune man - sweet orchestra sounds, maybe a bit more weight in the snare and a little more variation in the latter half of the tune. Sweet sound Thanks for listening dude, totally agree with your comments myself, I was really struggling...

Re: PUT YOUR FINISHED TRACKS HERE FOR FEEDBACK.

http://soundcloud.com/akoma/farewell-mastered-by-tinfoiled 1st attempt at a dubstep beat for me, quite new to the genre so any tips will be much appreciated. Soundcloud seems to have distorted certain sections most noticeably the strings and the 1st kick drum. Great forum btw shall be posting here m...
