university should be free IMO - being up here I'm lucky as I get my fees paid for me by SAAS, the student awards agency scotland, english and welsh folk coming to my university have to pay £9000 a year whilst US and other internationals pay up to £14,000 A YEAR - they seem to think thats a good deal...
