I may be wrong but i think you need an audio interface or something along those lines. It plugs into a usb/fire wire port and has monitor outputs. may be wrong but im also a beginner with monitors and this is what ive assumed is the way forward!!!

Just brought a novation ultranova that i want to run with logic, i have followed all the instructions and yet i still get no sound, all the volumes are on. it says that the global setting has to be on local, but every time i turn it on, it automatically turns back off.

Yeah I can beatmatch. I was jus interested in how they do it. I heard that shivers does it, hence why he constantly chops his tunes.

I have a keyrig 25 midi keyboard, it has many knobs on it but they appear to have no use. do i have to set these up, and if so how?
